GREAT DESIGN = 3X REVENUE

Would you like to rent your properties for 2x market rent? That is exactly what one of our clients has recently done in Blackpool. Located on Blackpool’s seafront, the property is in a highly desirable and prominent location in the town.

 

We were appointed earlier this year to turn an existing 1-bedroom apartment into a 2-bedroom apartment as well as undertake the interior design of the new space.

 

We started by undertaking our floor plan optimisation service and produced several options for the client on how the space could be best laid out.

After the client chose their favourite, we modelled the property in 3D and commenced the interior design process. The client has great taste and already had several Pinterest boards with inspiration which we took and adapted into a scheme.

The result was incredible as you can see from the photographs. Did we mention that this was a basement apartment? You wouldn’t believe it looking at the photographs. Even with the sleek, black kitchen, the space is still so light and bright.


This open plan kitchen and living space is the main hub and an amazing space for the tenants to relax, socialise in and enjoy with friends. It’s clear to see why this property has been in such high demand.

Average market rent in the area for a 2-bed flat is £500 and our client has managed to rent this place for £1000 PCM. That’s 2x the market average rent and when you think this flat used to be a 1-bed it’s 3x the original rent our client was receiving.
